What Approveway is

Approveway uses AI to read your HOA's rules, check your project against them, write your request documents, draw simple plans, and keep track of deadlines. It's guidance to help you prepare, not legal, architectural or engineering advice. We're not a law firm, and we're not connected to any HOA, management company or city.

Check before you send

• The AI can misread a rule, miss a requirement or get a date wrong. Read every document and drawing before you sign or submit it.
• Drawings and photo previews are illustrations to explain your project. They aren't stamped plans and aren't to exact scale unless your city says a drawing like that is enough.
• Deadline dates are estimates from your HOA's documents. If your documents say an unanswered request is approved, get that confirmed in writing before you build.
• Your HOA and your city decide. We can't promise an approval or a permit.

Your content

You own the files and details you add. You let us store them, show them to you, and send them to the AI model you pick, only to run the service. You also let us keep the anonymous HOA counts described in our privacy policy.

Only upload what you have the right to share, like your own HOA's documents and photos of your own home.

Signatures and links

• Only add yourself and the people who really own the home or live next door. Each person signs for themselves; never sign for someone else.
• Send private links only to the person they're for.

AI models and costs

Approveway is free to use right now, with free AI models and fair limits. If you add your own AI key, the model company bills you directly under its own terms. If we ever add paid plans, we'll show you the price before anything is charged.

Using it fairly

• Don't use it for anything illegal, to mislead your HOA or city, or to pretend to be someone else.
• Don't upload other people's private information without their permission.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

No guarantees

We work to keep Approveway running and accurate, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for an HOA's or city's decision, fines, delays, the cost of changing or removing work, or any indirect loss. If we're found responsible for something anyway, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before.

Ending and changes

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a change that affects you takes effect.
